Sarah is excited to welcome you to MOVE, a fully equipped, home-based exercise facility specializing in mindful movement, particularly The Garuda Method and Pilates. Sarah now also offers 6-week pelvic floor Pilates classes, designed to strengthen and support this essential area of health. Pelvic floor health isn't just about focusing on the pelvic floor itself—other areas of the body have a direct or indirect influence on its function and overall health. This course will provide you with the tools to improve and prevent pelvic floor dysfunctions. You will learn how to build functional strength into your pelvic floor muscles, leading to significant improvements in continence, pelvic and lower back support, balance, and flexibility. Mindful movement is a powerful tool for enhancing both physical and mental well-being. By focusing the mind during movement routines and activities, individuals can reduce stress levels and manage anxiety more effectively. |

The facility offers a full range of live and on-demand classes, including Garuda matwork, Barre classes, and specialized Garuda Apparatus sessions, all designed to promote the Garuda flow and support holistic health.
